Cancellation Policy:
In booking with us, was ask for a 50% deposit to secure you booking. We kindly ask that you respect that we need 24 hours notice of a cancellation. Otherwise we may ask that you pay the full amount of the appointment. We are a business like any other and we lose out on revenue. I pay the staff member scheduled for your appointment. Plus someone might be wanting a massage and your spot can be filled. ( Then we don’t charge you. ) We also hope if you're sick you know in the morning and not one hour before your appointment. One hours notice, will be non refundable, no matter what the situation. As that spot will not be filled in time. Most days we are turning people away. So it’s not fair on my staff who have allocated that time to be with you. I ask for your understanding on this matter and that these rules and guidelines have been put in place for a reason.
